Position Purpose

Our Business support team provides administrative support to global mid-sized companies, small businesses, professionals, and individuals. Our assistance helps our customers to save time, costs, gives quick access to diverse skill sets. Core support services include: Customer support, Project management, Data management, E-commerce management, Recruitment screening, Translation & Transcription support.

Primary Responsibility

  1. Experience assisting supervisor on day to day operations
  2. Deliver customer projects as per the defined scope of work for self and team
  3. Engage / Communicate with team members on customer / internal activities
  4. 100% adherence to project timelines, quality standards and expected efficiency
  5. Experience to effectively communicate with global customers through email, phone, and chat
  6. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers and team members
  7. Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  8. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet diverse project timelines set by the customer
  9. Conduct trainings to enhance team capabilities
  10. Effectively co-ordinate across organization on deadline projects

Competency / Skills

  1. Excellent spoken and written English of global standards
  2. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  3. Good keyboard skills - Accuracy and Speed
  4. Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  5. Experience or knowledge on online CRM’s, Project Management tools, Expense Management, Database Management, Social Media platforms etc.,
  6. Excellent desktop research skills to gather, collate and present data
