Job Location   :  Bangalore

Work Timings4:30/5:30 PM to 1:30/2:30 AM

Qualification  :  Postgraduate in MBA in Finance or Equivalent – Is a must

Experience      :  Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with US finance, Budget tracking and Expenses Management.

Position Purpose

Responsible for working with global clients on planned budgeting, maintaining accurate financial records, gathering financial data, preparing financial statements, and streamline the financial processes.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with large budgets and complex financial systems.
  2. Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

 

 

Primary Responsibility

  1. Reconcile actual spending with the planned budget, identifying discrepancies and providing detailed reports.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and provide insights into budget performance.
  4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
  7. Provide support during financial planning and forecasting processes.
  8. Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Competency / Skills

  1. Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  2. Experience in finance or accounts
  3. Experience in analysing financial reports and data
  4. Experience in Identifying trends and patterns in financial data
  5. Experience in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis
  6. Providing financial insights and recommendations to the clients for strategic decision-making
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Must be able to prioritize, multitask as well as work independently
  10. Maintain quality of work and meet multiple deadlines as required
  11. Must be a strong communicator and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to maintain open communication with the clients, internal employees and managers as needed
  12. Should be comfortable talking to international clients over Video calls
