Position Purpose

To generate high quality leads, increase the lead pipeline, develop new leads, execute Electronic Bid identification & submission process for a US based client. Need to be highly organized and self-disciplined.

Primary Responsibility

  1. Use subscription websites and identify suitable projects (which are most likely to use the client’s products) by considering various parameters and calculations used for decision making.
  2. Thoroughly review and understand documents and scope of work of prospective projects. 
  3. E-bidding – accurately enter all relevant information about identified projects using client CRM (Acumatica) to generate quotes.
  4. Liaise with sales representatives on a regular basis for coordination on generated quotes and response from bidders.
  5. Support other ad-hoc market research tasks as per client’s request.

Competency / Skills

  1. High fluency in English capable of interacting with the commercial team based in US and with global customers.
  2. Excellent written communication.
  3. 6 years of experience with sales, market research, estimating or another commercial role.
  4. Strong analytical skills, capacity to search, combine, cross reference, and analyze data.
  5. Previous experience working for US companies focused on US domestic market is a plus.
  6. Experience working at B2B industries, specially at construction, agriculture and government silos is also a plus.
  7. Soft skills: Team player and collaborative, data driven, proactive attitude proposing ideas and taking responsibility for working on solutions.
  8. Tools: Tech savvy, strong skills using excel and CRM (experience with Hubspot or Acumatica is a plus).
