Job Title            : Sr.Market and Business Analyst - Digital Marketing

Job Location    : Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Work Timings : 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, but needs to be flexible

Qualification   : MBA (Specialised in Marketing). Digital Marketing background is preferable.

Experience      : Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Position Purpose

At Brickwork, marketing is about understanding customer problems and crafting our service mix to provide a solution. Our ideal candidate should have experience in writing effective proposals, working on projects & managing key accounts

Primary Responsibility

  1. Address business enquiries and submit well-written and effective proposals that are customized to our customer requirements and showcase our experience and credentials.
  2. Develop excellent rapport with clients and build long-term business relationships.
  3. Deliver customer projects as per the project Scope of Work (SOW).
  4. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines while working on customer projects.
  5. Communicate with customers through email, phone, and chat for project reviews and feedback.
  6. Report on project metrics with actionable insights and next steps to stakeholders.
  7. Develop digital project briefs, scopes of work tasks, deliverables, and cost estimates.
  8. Work with business development team to maintain and track qualified lead opportunities.
  9. Maintain working knowledge of Client(s) digital brand guidelines, project governance.
  10. Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.

Competency / Skills

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. In-depth experience of working on SMO and SMM related requirements using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn ads, YouTube Ads etc.
  3. Thorough knowledge of digital marketing required.
  4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  5. Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, desktop research and presentation skills.
  6. A curious mind with a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen and people management skills.
  7. Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures using Excel spreadsheets.
