Position Purpose

To prepare, and review customer, vendor and employee contractual agreements. Compile and analyse data from different departments and ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, customer contractual requirements and ISO standard requirements

Primary Responsibility

  1. Review organization and customer NDAs and agreements
  2. Monitor the legal documents timelines and take timely action
  3. Prepare checklists and educate stakeholders on the required contractual actionable
  4. Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the data under the supervision of senior compliance executives.
  5. Prepare accurate compliance reports by compiling and analysing internal and external information. And to present the findings to the supervisors
  6. Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities and initiatives for the purpose of internal and external audits.
  7. Provide support to team members in organising, designing and delivery of compliance trainings.
  8. Maintain highest level of confidentiality at every stage of interaction.
  9. Identify newer opportunities to add value to your role and responsibilities.

 

Competency / Skills

  1. Strong working knowledge of US & Europe contractual clauses
  2. Knowledge of business, financial, legal and commercial contract process
  3. Proven work experience as a Compliance executive or similar role in law, ethics, organizational business.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  5. Excellent working knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word and PPT.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Documenting and reporting skills.
  9. Knowledge of ISO 27001: 2022 GDPR etc., is preferred.
