Position Purpose

To virtually and closely support the Senior Leadership / Management of the client company as Executive Assistant to C-Level Leadership (CEO / Board of Directors)

Primary Responsibility

  1. Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, managing client’s MS-Outlook calendar, and travel bookings
  2. Dashboard Maintenance for client and team
  3. Work on and update data on CRM and ERP tools used by client's business
  4. Function as Auditor and QA for client’s IT Team, as required.
  5. Support Business Intelligence Team with design and maintenance of data and org structure of the client’s business
  6. Support technical training for client and team on SharePoint.
  7. Record-keeping of registrations on all Bids and associations for client’s business
  8. Update the MS Outlook distribution lists for client’s business and external contractors in client server
  9. Maintenance of access control to all tools and software used by client’s business post exit of any employee / admins
  10. Intermediate Research on companies or competitor products.
  11. Detailed drawing of Mind Map presentation for client’s handwritten notes or inputs.
  12. Updating online databases, working on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  13. Creating purchase orders and conducting desktop research.
  14. Effectively communicating with clients through email, phone, and chat.

Competency / Skills

  1. Excellent spoken and written English of global standards
  2. Tech savvy and competent to take up above responsibilities. Preferably, should have working knowledge of any CRM, ERP and SharePoint.
  3. Customer focused and quick learner
  4. Very attentive to detail
  5. Ready & quick to learn new concepts and tools
  6. Strong working knowledge of MS-Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
  7. Good internet research skills to gather and collate data
  8. Analytical abilities
