Position Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic technical account executive experienced in US Bookkeeping and accounting skills. The clients we support have a wide range of projects and the account executive needs to adapt and align themselves to internal and client processes.  The account executive understands the scope of work and complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks to close the monthly books timely. Communicate directly with the client for any queries while close the monthly bookkeeping.  Work closely with project coordinator to improve the quality and change the process as needed.

Primary Responsibility

  1. Understand the project Scope of Work (SOW) and seek clarifications before project initiation.
  2. Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  3. Make Journal entries, if necessary, for month-end adjustment
  4. Prepare PO, SO, invoices, enter bills, receive payment, and Bill Payment
  5. Maintain A/P, A/R, and Inventory balances.
  6. Bank reconciliations, Cash Flow, A/P and A/R balance reconciliation
  7. Generate financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  8. Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  9. Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
  10. Proactively take project co-ordinator’s support to overcome project challenges.
  11. Accountable for Level 1 QC of all projects as per the QC checklist.
  12. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet timelines while working on multiple projects.
  13. 100% adherence to project timelines and assigned hours.

Competency / Skills

  • Good working knowledge of accounting principles, Financial Analysis, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge with QuickBooks Online at bookkeeper & accountant Level
  • Basic level in MS Excel (Sorting, Filter, Pivot & etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain Books as per GAAP regulations.
  • Review the Financial Statements and collect all necessary missing or clarifications from the client. 
  • The ability to assess the customer needs and build valuable, trusted relationship at all levels.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
