Position Purpose

To support top-level executives and professionals from Fortune 500 company in the US, in a “multi-manager” environment, managing, coordinating and supporting them with Administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibility

  1. Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, managing their MS-Outlook calendar, and travel bookings
  2. Updating online databases, working on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  3. Creating purchase orders and conducting desktop research.
  4. Effectively communicating with clients through email, phone, and chat.

Competency / Skills

  1. Excellent spoken and written English of global standards
  2. Customer focused
  3. Attentive to detail
  4. Ready & quick to learn new concepts and tools
  5. Strong working knowledge of MS Office- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  6. Good internet research skills to gather and collate data
  7. Analytical abilities
