Position Purpose
Our Research team provides diverse research and consultation services to entrepreneurs and small & mid-sized global companies at every stage of their business. Our research insights help them to reduce costs, discover partners and prospects, set up a new business or expand existing ones, and aid their strategic decision making. Our core areas include: Business Strategy, Content Writing, Customer & Competitor Intelligence, Industry & Market Research, Lead Generation, Survey Services
Primary Responsibility
- Lead a team of research analysts and responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Drive the quality process and implement best practices to raise the delivery standards to achieve the highest customer satisfaction score.
- Training & mentoring of junior analysts on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work.
Competency / Skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, desktop research and presentation skills.
- Strong Analytical reasoning and numerical abilities to interpret large amounts of data.
- Strong experience in using research concepts and frameworks like SWOT Analysis, Porter’s 5 Forces Model, PESTEL Analysis etc. Plus, familiarity with referencing styles and databases such as OneSource, Hoovers, IBIS World, etc.
- Research and consulting experience across multiple industries
- Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
- A curious mind with a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen and people management skills
