Position Purpose

  1. To head the team in setting up new office space at multiple locations.
  2. To shortlist and finalise a new office space suitable for 500 to 1000 employees at Bangalore and other cities.
  3. Execute and deliver the project as per the timeline given by the management.
  4. To satisfy all technical requirement given by the client and implement all such requirements in most economical manner.
  5. Ensure smooth efficient running of the office once the facility is ready. 
  6. Ensure compliance to company policies & procedures

Primary Responsibility

  1. To shortlist, finalise office space at various locations as may be required.
  2. Head with the team in setting up new office premises within stipulated timelines.
  3. To call tenders for various services, compare, negotiate and finalise.
  4. Order placement and followup till delivery and implementation.
  5. To implement technology / tools / FMS for smooth operation.
  6. Real estate management and fleet management.
  7. All aspects of office administration including facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance.
  8. Take care of travel and accommodation booking for employees as and when needed
  9. Manage facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance

Competency / Skills

  1. Experience in procurement of Facility equipment. Knowledge in IT equipment procurement will be added advantage.
  2. Knowledge and experience in project management.
  3. Negotiation skill
  4. Experience in setting up office infrastructure.
  5. Technical knowledge of various facility related equipment and services like telecom system (IPBX, VoIP, PRI), access control, CCTV, HVAC, etc.
  6. Experience in fleet management.
  7. Cafeteria management
  8. Vendor management
  9. Good Knowledge in MS Excel.Good command over English and Kannada.
