Position Purpose

  1. To be part of the Facility & admin team in setting up new operation facility to accommodate 500 to 1000 employees adhering the timelines given.
  2. To handle various technical and non technical activities of the facility and ensure smooth running of the office.
  3. Coordinate office activities and operations and increase efficiency
  4. Ensure compliance to company policies & procedures
  5. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

 

Primary Responsibility

  1. To shortlist, finalise office space at various locations as may be required.
  2. Work with the team in setting up new office premises within stipulated timelines.
  3. To call tenders for various services, compare, negotiate and finalise.
  4. Order placement and followup till delivery and implementation.
  5. Real estate management and fleet management.
  6. All aspects of office administration including facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance.
  7. Take care of travel and accommodation booking for employees as and when needed
  8. Manage facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance
  9. Cafeteria management

Competency / Skills

  1. Negotiation skill
  2. Experience in setting up office infrastructure.
  3. Experience in fleet management.
  4. Technical knowledge of various facility related equipment and services like telecom system (IPBX, VoIP, PRI), access control, CCTV, HVAC, etc.
  5. Cafeteria management
  6. Vendor management
  7. Good Knowledge in MS Excel
  8. Good command over English and Kannada.
